HOSPITALITY / FROM THE TABLE TO THE TEAM

QR menus and ordering systems for restaurants in Armenia

Give guests a phone-friendly menu and define how orders reach your team. QR menus, content management and ordering workflows for cafes and restaurants.

When this service helps

  • Printed menus become outdated when dishes, photos or availability change.
  • Guests need a readable menu on their phones in the languages your venue serves.
  • Waiters and kitchen staff need a clearer handoff than messages and handwritten notes.

What changes for your business

  • One menu destination linked from table QR codes, with content that can be updated.
  • A consistent view of dishes and categories instead of separate printed versions.
  • An ordering workflow designed around the venue’s actual staff and kitchen responsibilities.

What we can deliver

  • Branded, mobile-friendly QR menu with agreed language versions.
  • Categories, dishes, photos and availability controls in the management interface.
  • QR assets linked to the agreed menu addresses.
  • Optional order capture, staff interface and kitchen display scope after a workflow review.
  • Menu setup, device testing and a content-management handover.

The final scope is agreed in the proposal; integrations and ongoing support are specified separately.

How the work moves forward

  1. Map service at your venue

Discuss tables, service style, menu languages and how an order should move between guest, waiter and kitchen.

  2. Prepare the menu

Organize approved dishes, photos and text, then configure the menu and management access.

  3. Run a service rehearsal

Test QR opening, content changes and any agreed ordering steps on the venue’s devices before rollout.

Questions before you start

Do guests have to install an app?

The menu opens through a browser link from the QR code. Any staff-only application or additional ordering feature is specified separately.

Can our staff update the menu?

Content management is part of the proposed menu scope. We agree the editable fields, staff access and handover so your team knows what it can change.

Can it connect to our POS or accept payments?

We need to review your POS, payment provider and available integration interfaces first. These capabilities are not assumed to be included in a basic QR menu.

Let’s define the right scope.

Tell us about your business, current tools and priorities. We agree the deliverables, timing and cost after reviewing the requirements.
