IT & SERVERS / KEEP THE FOUNDATIONS IN ORDER
Website, server and IT maintenance for businesses in Armenia
Plan website updates, server configuration, backups and technical support around your existing infrastructure. Responsibilities and response expectations are agreed in advance.
When this service helps
- Nobody has a current inventory of hosting, domains, certificates and access owners.
- Updates and backups happen inconsistently, or restoration has never been tested.
- A website problem passes between different providers without clear responsibility.
What changes for your business
- A documented view of the infrastructure and the people responsible for it.
- An agreed routine for updates, monitoring and backup checks instead of ad hoc action.
- A clearer response process when a fault needs investigation or escalation.
What we can deliver
- Infrastructure and access inventory for the systems included in scope.
- Agreed server configuration, deployment and update procedures.
- Backup schedule, retention requirements and a restoration-test plan.
- Monitoring and notification setup for agreed checks.
- Maintenance log, incident handover and named support responsibilities.
The final scope is agreed in the proposal; integrations and ongoing support are specified separately.
How the work moves forward
Inventory before changing
Review the current providers, access roles, backups and dependencies without changing production settings.
Agree a maintenance plan
Define included systems, update windows, approval requirements, response expectations and provider boundaries.
Verify and document
Carry out approved work, check the result and record recovery steps and outstanding issues.
Related product evidence
A running product is a starting point for a support review
The existing ELYX ordering product illustrates the type of web application that may need maintenance. The repository does not provide a verified server-support case, uptime record or SLA result. We would review the actual infrastructure with authorized access before making maintenance commitments.
Questions before you start
Is support available 24/7?
No round-the-clock coverage is assumed. Support hours, channels, response targets and exclusions must be agreed explicitly.
Can you work with our current hosting provider?
We review the provider, technical limits and authorized access first. Some work remains the provider’s responsibility and is identified in the maintenance plan.
Do you guarantee there will be no outages or data loss?
No. We can agree preventive work, backups and recovery checks, but no system can be promised absolute availability. The scope should state recovery responsibilities and limitations clearly.
