Web design often brings to mind bright colors, animations and effects. For a business, however, design is primarily a functional tool intended to solve users' problems and generate profit. This is the essence of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience).
Excellent UX begins with simplicity. Visitors should not have to solve a puzzle to understand your offer. The first screen, above the fold, should clearly communicate three things: what you do, the customer's benefit and the next step, whether calling, messaging or ordering.
Modern premium UI standards rely on balanced typography, sufficient whitespace and correct color contrast. A website should not be loud: a restrained, polished palette and high-quality genuine photos create trust, essential to the customer's decision.
Pay attention to micro-interactions: smooth button hover effects, clear form validation such as a green mark for a correctly completed field, and subtle page transitions create a sense of professionalism that positively affects sales conversion.
